Hostilio.cloud only offers **monthly** subscription plans. By signing up for our services, you agree to pay for the hosting services on a monthly basis. Payments will be automatically charged to your payment method.

We do not offer refunds in any case, including data loss or downtime caused by issues outside our control (e.g., datacenter failures). Non-payment will result in account suspension without prior notice.

You agree not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities using Hostilio.cloud’s services, including, but not limited to:

We are not liable for data loss or lost profits during downtime, and no refunds will be issued for such events.

Customers may invite others to their server via the Fryde.org panel at panel.fryde.org. Customers are allowed to share their account, but Hostilio.cloud assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from this. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

We are not responsible for any service interruptions due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we will explain the reasons for any downtime, the responsibility for any resulting issues rests solely with the user.
